About Our Clinic
Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?
|
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?
|
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. Saturday we are open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday we are open from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for food sales and boarding. We do not have a veterinarian available for appointments on Sundays. Please call 613-966-2519 to book a convenient appointment time.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, call 613-634-5370 for the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital. They are open from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. throughout the week, and are open 24 hours on weekends and holidays.

Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located at 360 Bell Blvd. just west of Sidney St.
|
How do I get my password?
|
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 555-5555 or by e-mailing our clinic at info@webdvm.ca. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.
